How does the review of my project work?
Please use the form to tell us about your space and your collection: available floor space, number of bottles to be stored, and the main details of your project.
Our teams will then provide you with an initial personalized consultation before proceeding with the project analysis, technical and aesthetic design, 3D visualization, and finally, manufacturing and installation.
How much does a custom wine cellar cost?
Since every project is unique, the price depends, among other things, on the area to be fitted out, the number of bottles to be stored, and the technical constraints of the space.
By conducting a personalized analysis of your project, we can offer you a tailored solution and provide you with a customized quote.
How much space or how many bottles should I plan for?
There is no minimum requirement. The form simply allows you to tell us the available space and the number of bottles to be stored so that we can design a solution tailored to your project.
Are delivery and installation included?
Yes, for our wine cabinets. Our service includes specialized delivery, installation on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor, unpacking, setup, leveling, and removal of packaging materials.
The width of the doors and accessibility via the stairs must be verified in advance. If standard delivery is not possible, a separate quote may be provided.
What warranty applies to the wine cabinets and equipment in my project?
Our air conditioners come with a 2-year warranty covering parts, labor, and service calls. The warranty is extended to 5 years for all our wine cabinet lines, with the exception of the Compact line, and to 10 years for the Royale line.
After-sales service is provided exclusively by our own technicians.
Can I meet with an advisor before starting my project?
Yes. Our consultants are available to assist you at our showrooms in Gland, in French-speaking Switzerland, and in Spreitenbach, in German-speaking Switzerland. You can also schedule an appointment online.
What is the difference between a standard wine cabinet and a custom wine cellar?
A standard wine cabinet is a product in our catalog, available in specific sizes and configurations.
A custom wine cellar is a space designed entirely around your room, your collection, and your aesthetic preferences. It undergoes a dedicated feasibility study, a customized design, and 3D visualization before it is built.
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom project?
Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, the time between the initial planning phase and the installation of your bottles in their new display case can range from 6 weeks to several months.
