To ensure stable temperature and humidity levels and the longevity of your unit, all it takes are a few simple steps. Regular maintenance helps preserve your wines in optimal conditions, year after year.
The Right Settings for Everyday Use
Temperature
For aging, a temperature of around 12°C is ideal for all types of wine.
When serving, the temperature depends on your preferences and the type of wine. Adjust the settings according to your needs.
For multi-temperature models, be sure to leave enough space between the zones to ensure they function properly.
Location and Use
To ensure optimal performance:
- Install the cabinet in a well-ventilated area
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or a heat source
- Keep the room temperature between 5°C and 30°C
- Keep the humidity below 85%
It is also recommended that you fill your wine cellar to about 70 to 75 percent of its capacity to help maintain a stable temperature.

Its service life is approximately 12 months under normal use. In certain environments, more frequent replacement may be necessary.
