The Pure wine cellar recreates the conditions recognized by oenologists for the long-term aging of wines:

- Humidity is maintained between 60 and 75% to preserve corks and labels,
- Protection from light thanks to a UV-blocking filter door,
- Absorption of micro-vibrations to protect the wine's structure,
