A wine cellar for white wines is cooler than one intended for red wines.
That is why the dual-temperature wine cooler is divided into two separate compartments, each dedicated to a specific wine color. Before tasting, red wines can be kept at a temperature between 15° and 18°C, and can even be raised to 20°C for mature wines. For white wines, rosés, and champagnes, the temperature can be slightly cooler (from 5° to 13°C). Storing wines this way allows them to reveal their full aromas during tasting.

Pure Collection
Each type of wine should be served at a specific temperature to bring out its full range of aromas.
Divided into two separate compartments, each designed for a specific type of wine, the Pure wine cooler will keep your red wines at a temperature between 15 and 20°C and your white wines and champagnes between 5 and 11°C.
Elegant transparency and amber light for bottles that truly shine.
The interior layout of the wine cellar can be customized using the various packages available.
Our wine racks with wooden fronts are either fixed, to store and organize as many bottles as possible, or sliding, to allow easy access to each bottle individually. A section on the front of the rack is designated for labeling your wine bottles*.
The interior layout can be adapted over time thanks to a wide range of interior options.
*nameplates sold as an option.

Made of two materials and attached to the rack, the Main du Sommelier individually protects your bottles from vibrations and ensures they stay securely in place. It is removable, allowing you to customize the layout of your rack to fit the size and shape of your bottles.
It was while working with sommeliers that we came up with the idea to develop this concept. It seemed only natural to us that this revolution should bear their name.
For each wine cabinet in the Pure collection, you can also choose the door finish to ensure it fits seamlessly into any of your spaces.

Access to the contents of your wine cabinet is secured with a dual-action lock.
Alarms protect your wine in the event that a door is left open, or if there is a sensor or temperature malfunction. The visual alarm also lets you know when it's time to change your filter.
Control your wine cooler using the touchscreen control panel with an LCD display.
For your peace of mind, we display the actual temperature inside your wine cooler, not the setpoint.
