The serving temperature of a wine.
Each type of wine should be served at a specific temperature to bring out its full range of aromas. Pure 3 Temperatures allows you to provide the ideal conditions for revealing the unique flavors of your wines.
A central compartment for storing wine (recommended temperature: 12°C), a cooling compartment at the bottom*, and a serving compartment at the top, adjustable from 15 to 22°C.
*The temperature in the cooling compartment is determined by the temperature set in the aging zone. There is a difference of about 4 degrees between these two zones.

The interior layout of the wine cellar can be customized using the various packages available.
Our wine racks with wooden fronts are either fixed, to store and organize as many bottles as possible, or sliding, to allow easy access to each bottle individually. A section on the front of the rack is designated for labeling your wine bottles*.
The interior layout can be adapted over time thanks to a wide range of interior options.

EuroCave Exclusive: The Sommelier's Hand.
Made of two materials and attached to the rack, the Main du Sommelier individually protects your bottles from vibrations and ensures they stay securely in place. It is removable, allowing you to customize the layout of your rack to fit the size and shape of your bottles.
It was while working with sommeliers that we came up with the idea to develop this concept. It seemed only natural to us that this revolution should bear their name.
To appeal to design enthusiasts, we offer a wide selection of doors.

The safety of your wine comes first.
Access to the contents of your wine cabinet is secured with a dual-action lock.
Alarms protect your wine in the event that a door is left open, a sensor or temperature issue occurs, or the humidity threshold is reached. The visual alarm also lets you know when it’s time to change your filter.

For your peace of mind, we display the actual temperature and humidity levels in your wine cabinet, not the setpoint values.
