The Pure large single-temperature wine cabinet is designed for long-term wine aging. It recreates a stable, controlled environment to help your bottles reach their peak. With its many customization options, you can choose the finishes, doors, and storage solutions that best suit your collection.

Storage Conditions.

The Pure wine cellar recreates the conditions recognized by oenologists for the long-term aging of wines:

  • A stable temperature for aging wine, recommended at 12 °C,
  • Humidity is maintained between 60 and 75% to preserve corks and labels,
  • Protection from light thanks to a UV-blocking filter door,
  • Absorption of micro-vibrations to protect the wine's structure,
  • Optimized airflow to ensure a uniform environment,
  • Winter mode to ensure safe operation in unheated environments.

Organizing Bottles.

This large-size wine cooler is available in 3 layout configurations:

  • Access Package for up to 215 bottles (3 storage shelves and 3 sliding shelves), for long-term storage with easy access to a selection of bottles,
  • Premium Package for up to 182 bottles (14 sliding shelves), providing individual access to each bottle and an immediate overview of the collection,
  • Display Pack, holds up to 162 bottles (9 sliding shelves and 2 display kits, to showcase the wines while maintaining easy access).

Access to the contents of your wine cabinet is secured with a dual-action lock. 

Alarms protect your wine in the event that a door is left open, a sensor or temperature issue occurs, or the humidity threshold is reached. The visual alarm also lets you know when it’s time to change your filter.
