The Pure small single-temperature wine cabinet is designed for long-term wine aging. It recreates a stable, controlled environment to help your bottles reach their peak. With its many customization options, you can choose the finishes, doors, and storage solutions that best suit your collection.

Storage Conditions.

The Pure wine cellar recreates the conditions recognized by oenologists for the long-term aging of wines:

  • A stable temperature for aging wine, recommended at 12 °C,
  • Humidity is maintained between 60 and 75% to preserve corks and labels,
  • Protection from light thanks to a UV-blocking filter door,
  • Absorption of micro-vibrations to protect the wine's structure,
  • Optimized airflow to ensure a uniform environment,
  • Winter mode to ensure safe operation in unheated environments.

This compact wine cooler is available in 3 layout configurations:

  • Access Package for up to 92 bottles (1 storage rack and 1 sliding rack), designed to prioritize storage capacity while maintaining easy access to a selection of bottles,
  • Premium Pack for up to 74 bottles (5 sliding shelves), providing individual access to each bottle and an immediate overview of the collection,
  • Display Pack for up to 68 bottles (3 sliding shelves and 1 display kit), designed to showcase the wines while maintaining easy access to the bottles.

Developed in collaboration with sommeliers, the Main du Sommelier is an individual support system integrated into the shelves.

It protects each bottle from vibrations and ensures optimal stability, while adapting to different sizes thanks to its removable and adjustable design.

Amber-colored LED lighting enhances your collection without affecting the aging process.

Designed for use in a wine cellar, it allows for an elegant display of the bottles while preserving their environment.

Access to the contents of your wine cabinet is secured with a dual-action lock. 

Alarms protect your wine in the event that a door is left open, a sensor or temperature issue occurs, or the humidity threshold is reached. The visual alarm also lets you know when it’s time to change your filter.
