The Sommelier's Hand.
The Sommelier's Hand, developed by EuroCave, is a dual-material shell attached to the shelf.
It protects your bottles from vibrations, ensures optimal air circulation all around the bottle, and allows for intuitive placement thanks to its shape, which mimics that of the bottle. Since it’s removable, you can customize the organization of your rack to fit the size and shape of your bottles.
It was while working with sommeliers that we came up with the idea to develop this concept. It seemed only natural to us that this revolution should bear their name.

This premium model comes with a glossy black front panel. Epoxy-coated steel tags add the finishing touch, allowing you to identify your precious bottles.*

A gentle closure.
To provide you with greater convenience in your daily life and excellent support for your bottles, the rack’s design includes a damping mechanism that cushions the movement at the end of its travel.
